Introducing "The Lounge" at Resurrection in the City, Northeast Denver's newest gathering place with a unique purpose and philosophy. It was built not to be a business, but as a free space for networking, socializing, and building real connections in response to a world where "connecting" is increasingly virtual and impersonal. Come try it out! It may be the first and only church-owned, free-to-use cigar lounge and bar open to the public in the world.
The Lounge is located at 3560 York St. in the Clayton neighborhood. It has ample, free parking, and comes equipped with temperature control, high-end filtration and ventilation systems, T.V., and other amenities. Visitors are welcome to enjoy our limited stock of complementary cigars and beverages, or “BYO.” E-mail or text Pastor Duane if you’d like to be placed on our contact list to be notified of public events, or to inquire about booking the space for your own group, or if you’d simply like to schedule a private, casual visit with Pastor Duane, who’s always excited about meeting new people in the neighborhood.
Duane has been brewing beer since 2011, and has six rotating taps of his own fine-tuned creations available for your enjoyment.
